Subscription Cancellation Policy

By Subscribe, you agree to recurring billing according to the schedule you selected at checkout. This subscription will continue until you cancel it.

✅ Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next renewal date.
If you received a free trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price once the trial period ends unless cancelled beforehand.
Once a subscription has been renewed, charged, and the monthly order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

🚫 No Refunds on Shipped Subscriptions

We are unable to cancel or refund any specific monthly subscription after the order has been processed or shipped, regardless of whether it was a free trial or a paid renewal.
You may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

📅 How to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Enter your email address in the field below and click the button to get an email with a magic link which will allow you to see subscriptions linked to your email address.
- Alternatively, log in to your customer account on our website and navigate to the subscription management page.
2. Select Your Subscription
Choose the subscription you'd like to cancel.
3. Cancel the Subscription
Click “Cancel Subscription.” You’ll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

💡 Trial Subscriptions

If you signed up for a trial (e.g., a 14-day / 30-day free trial), your billing cycle will begin automatically after the trial period ends unless you cancel beforehand. Ongoing billing will continue until you cancel your subscription.

🔁 Automatic Payment Updates

In some cases, your payment method may be automatically updated by your bank or card provider. If this occurs, your subscription will be charged to the newly updated payment method unless cancelled.
