Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return policy:
✅ The product must be unopened, in original condition, and have the transparent protective film intact
🚫 Used or opened items cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons

  • This inspection process typically takes 2–3 business days
  • If the return is approved, we’ll proceed to issue your refund

💳 Refund Timeline

After your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method you used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account — depending on your payment provider or bank.
