We offer a 30-day return window for eligible Roberto™ products.
✅ We gladly accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging, with the transparent protective film intact, within 30 days of delivery.
🚫 For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.
This policy ensures every Roberto™ customer receives a brand-new, unused product, maintaining our commitment to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs — we do not provide return labels.
  • Do not return a product without first contacting our support team for return instructions.
  • Our return processing warehouse is located in the USA.
  • 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the order value for approved returns.

Broken or Faulty Product

If you receive a broken or faulty Roberto™ product, we sincerely apologize and are here to help!
Please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: Send us a clear video showing the issue so we can verify the problem.
  3. Get a Solution: Once confirmed, we’ll offer you a free replacement or store credit — whichever you prefer.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it.

🚚 After a Tracking Number Has Been Issued

At this point, your order has already been packed and handed off to the logistics company.
We are no longer able to cancel or change it at this stage.
However, once you receive the item, you’re welcome to contact us to request a return.
