📅 How to Cancel Your Roberto™ Subscription?
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
You can cancel by:
1. Access Your Subscription

Enter your email address in the field below and click the button to get an email with a magic link which will allow you to see subscriptions linked to your email address.
- Alternatively, log in to your customer account on our website and navigate to the subscription management page.
2. Select Your Subscription
Choose the subscription you'd like to cancel.
3. Cancel the Subscription
Click “Cancel Subscription.” You’ll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

- Contacting our support team via support@robertolabs.com and request to cancel your subscription.
OR
- Using the link provided in your order confirmation or subscription email.
